Older sibling ideas ?

Anyone have any ideas on how to make your first born feel extra special the day they are going to meet or met their new baby sis or bro?
Planning on getting my son a gift from his baby sister (build a bear) but I want to make him feel like it’s also all about him in a way and need ideas 💡

I'm making my daughter (currently 4) a big sister basket. She's so excited to be getting a little brother and wants to help. So the kit will include a small pack of wipes, a special pacifier just for her to give him, the vtech kid camera (she like to take pictures), snacks, coloring books and a big sister travel cup. We also order special matching outfits for them for hospital pictures. 
I know it's a lot! That being said she has literally been so great through this mommy being sick, going to doctors appointments, ultrasounds, and being so kind that I want the present from her brother to be awesome.

My daughter will be 6 weeks shy of turning 4 when baby is due.
I got a big sister ornament from baby to older sister. I bought a step stool that matches the nursery from big sister to
give to the baby (she’s been carrying hers from her room into the babies trying to help with setting stuff up so at least she won’t hurt herself carrying it or damaging walls.
My husband and I are getting my daughter a white gold bracelet for becoming a big sister. Every gift I wanted to be a personalized gift that will last so they will always know the reason behind it.
I’ll have snacks in my bag but giving that out for becoming a big sister is just silly.

I got my 14 year old daughter a gift bag filled with goodies and all her favorite things. Also ordered a pin that says big sister Ashlynn. That pin was customized and only $2! Oh and of course got her a shirt that says finally a big sister!

Man I’m a bad mom because I’m not planning anything lol. I am just making a point to do fun things with him and have special time with him before the baby’s arrival. He did get a shirt that says “best brother” from my sister so I’ll be sure he wears that when she is delivered.

My friend had a cake made for big bro (3y) which was presented to him at the hospital when he was brought in to see baby sis. He got to sing happy birthday to the baby and blow out candles too so he was pretty happy 😄 And he also got a gift which the baby brought him (his fav Paw Patrol character stuffy).
