Can’t see baby?

Question

Is it normal not being able to see baby with a vaginal ultrasound? No yolk sac nothing but an empty sac....Also it takes a while to find baby with abdominal ultrasound. 9 weeks tho and measured right when baby was finally found. 
Just curious if anyone experienced this before.

Uhh I think it’s extremely weird that you can’t see the baby on a vaginal but do on an abdominal... normally it’s the other way around

Definitely odd. Perhaps the person performing the ultrasound isn’t skilled? Just my guess.

My uterus is extremely tilted and my sac looked empty at my 6 week appointment with a transvaginal. As soon as she tried abdominally we saw baby. We havent done a TV since then so I dont know what it would look like now

I have a tilted uterus, it tilts towards the back and sometimes it can be a bit tricky for the sonographer to do their job
