Implantation bleeding???

Sorry for the tmi ! So, my period is 3 days late and i have been cramping i also had discharge and my boobs hurt like something else, been super hungry and tired! ive taken test and they have been negative. Could this be implantation bleeding?

I had very light pink when I wiped after I was a couple days late. Didn't think anything of it and thought AF was coming, until it happened again 4 days later. Tested positive. Currently 9 weeks. I also didn't test ovulation etc. So it was hard to tell exactly how many dpo I was.
