Good morning! I’ve been using my Ava and Premom and Glow and see that I ovulated on the 18 (premom) and 22 (Ava). Thankfully I did the deed on both those days but this morning I had a temp drop? I’m trying to figure out what that means? I woke up with slight cramps but nothing major.

I’m never good with charts from the Ava- the temps are low and don’t differentiate the way oral/vaginal do. There’s barely a change in temp. For an oral chart I would think you haven’t ovulated yet. But if you did ovulate, around 6-8 DPO it is really common to have a dip as there is often an estrogen surge. Many people like to think it’s an “implantation dip” but it’s just a typical surge that happens to many pregnant and non-pregnant women when estrogen surges mid luteal phase. Good luck.
