Is anyone’s lil ones spit up seem like it’s getting better or worse??

My Lil one just turned 5 months on the 18th and her spit up seems just as bad as it was from the beginning!!

I read that this is "peak" spit up time because babies this age are beginning to sit up and engaging their cores more, but their esophagus isn't sophisticated enough yet to prevent spit up. So it's a spitupocalypse for a lot of babies around this time.

Yes mine turned 5 months on the 19th  and spits up really bad  it got better for a while but now is as bad as a few months back maybe the teething gas something to do with it she drools a lot too
