Help .??!!!!

This morning I woke up to wash my face and I find all these little red spots all over my face I call my doctor but she’s not there so I wanted to see if this happened to any of you ladies

Is it acne? Or possibly eczema? Pregnancy does weird stuff to your skin. With my son I had perfect skin most of my pregnancy until my third trimester and then I ended up with dry patches and had to use moisturizer multiple times a day on those spots. This pregnancy I have maybe had 1 or 2 good skin weeks? And I’m at the 17 week mark now? I haven’t woken up with a full face of acne yet but I get a bunch of little ones. Good luck!

Oh my gosh this happened to me two weeks ago! I was so freaked out. It took like five days and it was gone. I never did find out why I had it though.
