Anyone shopped at Zulily?

Question

Has anyone bought kids stuff on Zulily? Did you like it? Considering buying my LO a jacket through the site but wanted to know anyone's experiences first.

The advice I give most people when shopping zulily:
Not everything is great quality -- Buy brands you know
Not everything is returnable -- so double check each item before you buy
You might be able to find a better deal elsewhere -- or at least the same price with faster shipping somewhere else
Shipping is NOT fast. Do not order something expecting it to arrive within 2 weeks.
Their sales last 3 days -- shop fast and on purpose (see return policy for item)
I'm sure there are more points I'm forgetting, but these are the big ones

Not sure if it’s true but I read that if you buy something on a Friday evening, you’ve got free shipping for any other purchases you make for the whole weekend (rather than just the rest of the day!)

I just ordered a wrap from them last week. It estimated the shipping would be next week but looking at the tracking number it’s supposed to come today! This is my first time ordering so 🤞

I’ve bought stuff from there and they actually have an awesome return policy. I had bought a dress that didn’t fit and called customer service to find out what I had to do to return it. They ended up just refunding my money over the phone and told me to donate the item to charity instead of sending it back. They were super nice and easy to get ahold of.

Zulily has been hit or miss for me. They sell various brands, so some brands have been great while others haven't been. Their shipping is expensive and takes a long time and returns are a pain in the ass. So unless it's so cheap that I'll just eat the loss if I don't like it, I don't buy it.

I’m pretty sure I buy like 90% of my stuff there anymore. Shipping can take a little while unless it’s an item that ships quickly but I’ve liked everything I’ve gotten from there.

I got a big baby/maternity haul from zulily and although it took awhile to ship, all the clothes were in good quality for how cheap they were!
