S.O.S. - I HATE CRAMPS 😭😭

I get THE WORST cramps every month. It makes it hard to focus on anything else. I work from home so most of the morning I’ll lay in bed and hold my knees to my chest and hope that helps in some way. Then I’ll start working and I have to get up from my desk and walk or crouch down to find a comfortable position.

My boyfriend thinks I’m exaggerating just like he thinks I can control my pre-menstrual mood swings 🙄 I’ve tried everything to help these cramps and nothing helps.. Ladies any suggestions would be greatly appreciated even just to know I’m not the only one!! LOL
