I have my 39 week appt today and I really want to ask for membrane sweep but only if I’m atleast 2 cm dilated and cervix has lowered bc last few appts I’ve only been a fingertip dilated and cervix is super high, I’ve been bouncing on ball and been having lots more pressure down there which makes me believe he’s dropped lower so hopefully I can get the sweep done today but just checking my cervix hurts extremely bad I’ve had to ask them to stop a few times. What r some tips or advice u have that could help me get through this sweep? I know it’s gonna hurt bad but I wanna have this baby come naturally if I can & im so ready!!!
