Am I leaking amniotic fluid?

I keep leaking not sure if it’s pee, or amniotic fluid, I’ve leaked pee the whole pregnancy, but it’s happening so much now, I’m wearing a liner so my underwear don’t get wet. tmi but I had the runs yesterday too, I thought it’s because I ate spicy food. How do I know? I’m 35 weeks.

If it smells sweet and is clear it's your fluid leaking. Mine was leaking I would squat and there was a little puddle and I would change and I'd be wet again. As I headed to the hospital the past was soaked and once o walked to the hospital desk it all broke.

This happened with my first pregnancy and I was told I was imagining it. 
SMELL IT. If it smells like ammonia it’s pee and if it doesn’t smell at all then it’s fluid. The hospital can do a test to see if it’s fluid and go from there. Best of luck
