I’m 3 days late and got a VFL this morning. Not sure how the process goes if I need to go in for blood work to confirm or what?

My dr does blood work for people who have had issues in the past otherwise they say to trust hpt and schedule your 6w-8w ultrasound appointment (Illinois, USA)

I am 11dpo just found out I am
Pregnant yesterday. I just called to schedule my appointment. They want to see me in 8-10weeks so I go the first week in June!
