I can’t believe that it has taken me this long and an awful life scare to realize just how fat I really am. This morning after showering and starting to get ready for work I all of a sudden had the most intense pain in my chest and I couldn’t breath. The pain was shooting down my left arm, I felt like I was gonna pass out, it hurt to breath even a little without the pain. Thankfully my mom was at my house and was able to help me. She was almost an RN and has worked in doctors offices for years and was completely convinced I was having a heart attack. Something in my chest popped after about 5 minutes or so and the pain subsided. We don’t know what it was, but it was terrifying. I am 22 and weigh a little more than 300 pounds. My doctor says a lot of it is my medical condition, but I think it’s more than that. I think I am a lazy, food addicted, fat ass. I have to do something because I don’t want to die....
