ANYONE ESLE WITH PCOS!?

Question

I just found out I most likely have PCOS. I tried letrozole 2.5 for 5 days and had a ultrasound and my follicle was only 11mm. Today is CD 11, so they increased my letrozole to 5 and go back in to check again 2 May.. any hope??

My first cycle of IUI my largest follicle on CD 10 was 8mm after taking 2.5 of letrozole. We did 5 more days of letrozole at 5mg and ended up with 1 mature follicle a week later. No positive that month, but it was successful in regards to follicle growth!

I have PCOS but I do ovulate on my own. I took letrozole 2.5mg CD5-9 and when they checked it on CD 12 I had two follicles on my left measuring 16mm and 18mm then came back in on Friday and they were both measuring 25mm for the trigger shot and just did my second IUI  this morning 
I think everyone’s body is different. Don’t lose hope. Give your body some time and moving forward maybe they will need to just up your dosage to 7.5mg if needed wishing you all the best!!!

I have PCOS and did my first cycle of letrozole last month- my RE started me at 5 mg... on CD11 my largest follicle was a 13- we waited it out checked again on CD 13, it was a 16 then..waited some more checked again on CD15 and it was 18 so we triggered that night and did back to back IUIs on CD16-17. I kept joking that I have “lazy eggs”. All this to say be patient..your body most likely just needs time!
