I'm 31+4 tomorrow FTM💙I'm suffering with really bad SPD I'm only 4ft 11 so I'm really struggling ☹️tonight I had period like cramping for about half an hour straight then it went now I have lower back ache is this normal? I've also been getting lightening crotch these past few weeks and this feeling of breathlessness and pulling sensation just below my stirnum feels like a Braxton Hicks but it's not?? Also I think it's my SPD but when it flares up I get a really bad cramp pulled muscle feeling in my lower abdomen? is all this normal thankyou!
