Cup and cloth pads depending on what I feel like! Both are wayyy more comfortable and more absorbent then disposable tampons or pads, and it’ll be years before I have to worry about buying more

I started using the cup about a year ago. My periods are only heavy for a day then are fairly light so tampons are kind of painful to remove. The cup has been wonderful I put it in I can keep it in place my whole work day and not worry about it at all. I love it

Pads and tampons❤️ I'm only 13 but have had my period for almost 2 years. I jest learned to use s tampon and I think they are great and way less messy and gross than pads😊 I only where pads to be now!!

I was using the cup for about 3 years and then I switched to nuva ring and its made it hard for me to use the cup and I basically only spot, so I’m back to tampons and am using the L brand.
