Important Question for March Mommas!

Hi everyone!

My son is one month old today thank god but my 35 week pregnant sister in law is visiting from a different country and she is feeling small gushes every 15 minutes. Did anyone experience this and if so what did it mean? Any and all experiences appreciated!
