i can’t swallow pills!
i’m 19 and i can’t swallow pills at all, even the smallest ones. i’ve tried over and over but i always gag them back up before they can go down. has anyone else had this problem or have any tips to help me?? because quite frankly it’s getting a little embarrassing lol i feel like a crackhead crushing up an aspirin between two spoons every time i have a headache!
