I need it GONE!

I weigh 235. I’m only 5’4–5’5... I’ve weighed this much before and lost it. I got down to 155 which looked AMAZING even though my goal weight was the typical “125”... my goal is 150, but I have ZERO motivation. I’ve made my old weight loss pictures my background on phone and everything and posted pictures around the house, even on my fridge. I just don’t have any drive. I think about diabetes, high blood pressure and all the things that run in my family and it terrifies me but I still have a hard time controlling how much I eat. I say I’m going to go the gym because it’s FREE, but I still don’t go. I have plenty of friends I can workout with. I even have some equipment at home. I know how to eat healthy and work out, but I don’t know what it is that’s making it so damn hard to STAY focused. I’m not really depressed (broke up with my fiancé at the beginning of April, but he was an asshole, so I’m doing okay with it).

Literally just 80lb which I feel like I can lose by the end of this year!
