I regularly throw my back out from an injury ten years ago. I was doing so good! A full year without an injury. Then this morning while in the shower I twisted the right way and Bam I threw it out. I also have a 4 month old. No one could help me for the day. So of course my kid shits twice and my cat puked on the floor. The way I got everything done today was by walking around hunched over. My baby thought it was fun. He got to play airplane wherever he went. What an awesome day! Lol
