Heavy let down ?

So I’m assuming my let down is heavy not even a minute into the breast she pulling away in I hear her gulping so fast today she was choking what can I do to stop or help this because it’s making nursing really hard !

Pump some before. You can also recline as you nurse with your baby on top of you or laying down. These make for a bit of a mess but are easier on the baby. I liked laying down the best. I just put a burp rag or towel under us. Extra milk would run out of her mouth. As your baby gets stronger they will have an easier time. My baby struggle too.
