When my doctor did my transvaginal ultrasound my heart almost dropped because at first glanced it looked like I had an empty sac. I thought my worst nightmare had come true. She assured me that even at 8w0d the baby is soooooo tiny it can be hard to find. She saw the heartbeat and let me hear it, but man was I scared. I felt like my daughter was much more visable at this stage but I looked back at my ultrasound and she looked the exact same. 💜 so I said all that to say to the ladies that are getting them at 6 weeks, rest assured I can only imagine how tiny baby is at that point.
