What to do??

My daughter has been scratching her face a lot as u can see so I always try to keep her nails short but she juss digs them into her skin regardless 🙄 but I think this time she got her eye. Atleast that’s what I think? Should I take her to the doctor in the morning or just let it be? I noticed it a few hours ago and since then she’s had 2 crying bad episodes, which she’s never been tht way. So maybe it’s her eye irritating her ? What should I do ?

I would call your pediatrician in the morning and see why they say, but for tonight put on mittens and if you don’t have mittens put on socks over her hands! good luck! 😘

Whilst mittens are a great quick fix, it's so important once they're past the newborn phase to have their hands out, for development purposes. They love to feel their little faces and discover things, as around this age they are starting to find their hands and realise its an actual part of them. Yes, they will scratch themselves but its unlikely to do any harm. I would get her eye checked out though for sure.
You can buy these little nail file things that clip on to your thumb to soften her nails up x
