New mom. Help!

My baby is almost a month old. At about 2 weeks I started giving her enfamil gentlease the premade one. Everything was fine she was pooping fine. Up until now, she lasts up to 3 or 4 days not pooping. My question is could it be the formula or something im eating that's affecting her since Im breastfeeding?
