PERIOD ANXIETY
I just got my periods and my anxiety is so bad. It wouldn't be bad but I have hairdresser time today and it gives me anxiety already to go there but periods make it 10 times worse... Any tips on calming down?? I have taken my meds already but they arent kicking in yet
