Asian names? (Hafu baby)

Anyone else having trouble picking an Asian name specifically?

DH is Japanese so I’ve been making a list of names I like and trying to figure out names that sound nice, grow well, and can be pronounced in both languages without trouble, ntm have the correct stroke order to be “lucky” 😂 (which apparently the kanji I like aren’t lucky with our last name lol, as I’m running things by MIL to check)

AND THEN I have the issue that DH hates all of the names I pick 😂 He keeps throwing out more common names and I want something more unique.

All of this because it’s a girl too, I only had one name picked out if it would have been a boy 😂
