Is this for REAL?!

The last thing I was expecting to see was a second line!! Took this test midday and totally expected another negative test.. my period was due yesterday or today but never showed and I have zero symptoms of PMS or pregnancy... I can't stop shaking!! I'm so incredibly nervous as I've had 6 losses in the last year and a half. Please say some prayers for a healthy baby!! This is my first time being on baby aspirin and lovenox after my doctor recently discovered I have several blood clotting disorders! Praying this will help me have a healthy pregnancy and baby!!! I was literally about to give up trying 😭😭😭
