Can’t work out if this is a massive ingrown hair or a small cyst, I’ve managed to pull a hair out but otherwise it’s just a hard small lump. Any ideas how to get rid of it?

I get them and they usually go away on their own. I think they might be small cysts? But that's just my personal opinion, I don't actually know.

Cystic ingrown! Keep it clean with peroxide or tea tree oil. If it doesn’t go away I would consider going to a dermatologist.
I’m an esthetician, and specialize in bikini care/waxing  Don’t try to pop or puncture it, that’ll make it 100x worse. Just keep it clean and keep an eye on it.

Make a wash rag wet with hot water and hold it over the bump. I massage gently while i hold the wash rag on. do that for a couple days for about 5-10 minutes
