i started the pill and am 2 days away from finishing the first month and just had unprotected sex and he finished inside me. Am i ok or should I take plan B to be safe? My doctor said wait a month or two for the pack to work and I jumped the gun and want to be safe. Thanks!

You are fine. Your doctor sounds to be more on the conservative side. If you read the instructions that came with your pill, it should tell you how long to use back up protection, but I believe it's typically the first two weeks of starting the pill.
