Large clot?

I'm 5 and a half months postpartum. My periods have been regular and have been pretty much the same as my pre-pregnancy periods. Today, however, a large clot ended up on my pad. Please excuse the tmi pic, but I am concerned! I know the hospital told me to be on the lookout for large clots in the first month or two after pregnancy, but what about 5 months after? Is this something to be worried about, or is this just the 'new normal' for my postpartum body?

That is pretty big. I'm not sure if it's normal because my first child isn't due until August. I would call your obgyn if you can, if not I personally would go up to the hosptial.

I was told if your passing clots the size of a golf ball or larger, to go and be seen immediately at an ER or urgent care. So maybe it’s worth getting checked out, that looks pretty big!
