Can Tampons Break You Hymen/Virginity.

Hi. So I have always wondered if tampons can break your virginity/hymen. And as I grow older it becomes harder to-use pads cause they are gross and stinky and just ugh. I have never used one and don’t know how to either. I am 14 years old. Is that to young? Please help.
