Hair Loss / spironolactalone or BC

Been dealing with this rapid hair loss for almost two years! It just started shedding like crazy a few months after taking Plan B. Doctors say stress and possible TE, but none can give me a true diagnosis. Every blood test comes back normal. Thyroid etc. I think because it started with oils skin, and then hair fall it could be hormonal. Possible PCOS undiagnosed but symptomatic. Doc says start with spiro and possible pill but I’m 47, haven’t been in pill is 25 years. Don’t now what to do 😢
