I am losing my mind

I had my last bleed on the pill on 1st April till 4th April. Now I am due for my next withdrawal bleed but so far nothing. I feel no symptoms either like I usually do. I have been on birth control combined pill for seven months and this hasn't happened before. I am worried the hormones messed up my ovaries or uterus. Can someone make sense.
