I think triphasic really only applies to traditional bbt charts. Ava charts always look triphasic because they just keep rising. I wouldn’t read into temps until af is late.  Good luck!

Triphasic-not yet. Remember that about 5% of non-pregnant charts are triphasic, and just 12% of pregnant charts. So either way it’s not common and even when there is one, 40% of the time it’s not an indication of pregnancy.
