To me, there’s a difference in wearing tight clothes versus something that is 3 sizes too small. 
At the end of the day, it’s about being comfortable in the skin you’re in!

I wouldn't PERSONALLY. It doesn't look  'tight' it looks like it's several sizes too small. But, if you like it and are comfortable in it that's what matters. I think people should wear what they are happy and comfortable in!

As someone who is almost the same size, absolutely not. I am not ashamed of my body, however, I do know that my body isn’t built for the same clothing or styles as someone smaller. I dress to flatter my figure, not just to dress the same as a skinny person “because I can”.
