Needing advice

My mom’s friend is having a lot of trouble with her 13 year old girl. She will not listen to anything anyone tells her. Her mom has found out that she has been sending out nude pics, telling guys she’s 17, and giving out her mom and both her older sisters addresses. Her mom has already taken away all electronics from her and she is never left unsupervised. She has resorted to stealing her oldest sisters old phone. Her mom has no idea what to do to get through to her about doing this stuff. They have all tried to tell her about sex trafficking and how she could get kidnapped but it goes in one ear and out the other.

What are some things she could do to get through to her?
