Burning pee after sex... from not squirting?

Not an UTI... yesterday I had sex with my BF and we usually go for about an hr.... sometimes I know my vagina gets sore and when warm pee touches it, burns a little. 
However this time I had a big need to pee and when I went it felt like my pee was boiling hot, the pain was straight up on my urethra. The sting sensation lasted for about 15 mins after peeing. 
I was wondering if I may have just been so close to squirting but didn’t so once you cool off and go pee it just hurts more. 
It could’ve not been a UTI cause it was minutes after it.
Anybody else with this problem?

UPDATE: 
It’s not a UTI. I’m positive of this because the pain only lasted for 10 mins right after I pee. It did not linger or happened hrs later. It was an immediate pain and then it went away. 
It’s also not dryness or pain in my vagina. It was right on the urethra. 
Just a burning sensation immediately when I peed, lingered for about 10 mins. And the. I was good to go.

It’s likely a UTI or if you had quite rough sex you could have torn inside your vagina so that’s why it may have hurt when you had a wee. But I’d give it some time to heal and if it’s still hurting, go to the doctors ❤️
