I finally lost the weight!

Over the years, I experienced a lot of body issues that used to mess with my confidence. I tried a whole bunch of diets, workouts, and restrictions, but nothing worked long term. Eventually I decided to learn more about how to take care of myself. How can I expect my body to do what I want if I don't treat it well? All the changes were done slowly but surely.

- Drinking more water

- Walking more with Fitbit challenges

- Not eating late at night

From January all the way to today the weight fell off without much effort. (Just made everything a habit)

I went from 165lbs to 138.5lbs. I didn't weigh myself often, just at the beginning of the time I decided to get to better and varied measurements too. I only noticed that I definitely lost a bit of weight when I compared photos.

Seeing this made me so incredibly happy since it happened so naturally without me doing some kind of crazy experiment.
