Sex in public bathrooms

My son 4 months old has been in the hospital for over a month due to his weight because he’s not keeping anything down so they put him on a feeding tube well my hormones has been over the roof and my husband has been back at home watching the other kids and his mom is stays the night so he can stay a night with his son and I but we both want to make love since it’s been awhile but I don’t want to do it in the hospital bathroom. Do they have cameras in the hospital bathroom I know there ain’t supposed to be? Plus I told my hubby that a public bathroom is gross
