I was hoping to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.

My 9 week old, almost 10 weeks, cannot stay asleep at all. If she falls asleep, she inevitably wakes up before she falls into a deep sleep and hasn't slept for more than 30 minutes for the last 2 days. Right before this, she was sleeping great, sometimes having to be woken at the 2 hour mark (recommendation from doctor).

She also typically sleeps for a 6-7 hour stretch but has been waking every 2-3 hours during the night for the last few nights.

I'm sure all the bad sleep is just continuing the cycle of bad sleep. We try everything, white noise, swaddling, swing, lying on us, carrier, stroller etc. I also try to make sure I start her nap before her usual 1 hour wake time before she gets too exhausted.

Has anyone experienced this? How long did it last for you? I don't know what to do and I feel so bad because she's just exhausted.
