What is this ?

My husband has this in his throat. What do you guys think it is ?  There’s pus pockets in the back, one on each side you have to zoom in kinda

It looks like a canker sore. I get them there and it KILLS. Feels like strep but it’s just a sore. I use “kanka soft brush” for canker sore but it’s really difficult to get it in that spot unless he doesn’t have a gag reflex lol. Gargling with salt water should help.

Looks like the beginning of street or some type of infection would go to the doctor or urgent care just to rule it out
