So my son is a month old today and I struggling to get him to sleep in his crib. He’s slept in there a few times since he was born but now it seems like he won’t sleep in it at all now. I keep trying to put him in the basinet when he sleeps and he wakes right back up. Same thing with the crib. A friend gave me something you put in the bed so that the baby can safely co sleep, I’ve only attempted to put him in it twice so far and even that hasn’t worked. I know it’s not “safe” for him to sleep in bed with me but it seems the only way he sleeps is if I’m hinging in him or he’s laying on me. When he wakes up he wants to eat again so then I’m having to feed him again until he falls asleep again meaning I’m losing sleep in the process. I end up just giving up and letting him sleep on me(of course all blankets,pillows,etc are removed and I’m in is position where I don’t have to worry about rolling off or falling). Any tips?
