Hello everyone

My daughter is 16 months old and has had terrible separation anxiety since about 10 months old. I’m a stay at home mom and I’m wondering if that’s what’s causing it

She won’t go to anyone else except my mom. She screams when her dad picks her up or anyone else

She literally cries mama and won’t let me go to the bathroom. We could be in the same room together and I just go to the other side of the room to get something, and she will cry as if she won’t see me again.

Is this normal?? Because it’s kind of making me feel suffocated even tho I love her to bits.
