I posted this question and on Monday I decided to go and get the little tattoo I wanted and I didn’t have a reaction to it and I’m super happy!

You could be, some people's bodies reject tattoos causing it to swell and blister.

The chemicals in hair dye and tattoo ink are way different. You’ll probably be fine.

Go the shop you would like to get tattooed at and ask for an allergy test to the ink. Most should be down

red tattoo ink makes me break out in hives but only red 😂 it wasnt too bad but it comes and goes. the thing about skin irritants is they trigger eachother, like even if you have no issues with inks or dyes or metals, one little thing setting your skin off can cause the others to be triggers too.
