I can see my implant without applying any pressure

So I got the implant on Thursday (April 25th), and I can see the tip of the implant through my skin without applying any sort of pressure.

I was just wondering if this is normal? It pinches a lot any time I brush my arm on my side or clothing touches it. It’s been 3 days. I’ve had the implant before, and this did not happen...Thanks for taking a look! I already emailed the doctor with a pic, but it is Sunday....
