A WORM IN MY MEAT ? What do I do😭😭

I was at a gender reveal and I saw what was a worm in my meat like almost looked like a vein hanging out of the middle but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t. I’m freaking out because I ate half of the piece of meat that I found “the worm” hanging out of half way. What should I do ??? I’m 28 weeks pregnant.
