Coparenting from different states?

I’m 19 weeks pregnant with my first child. 
Last Saturday my boyfriend kicked me out of his house in Maryland, forcing me to relocate to my hometown in Texas. 💔
Does anyone here have experience coparenting from different states? I think him coming down to  visit the baby in TX once a month is very fair. 
If you have experience with this kind of situation, what was the visitation schedule like when the child was an infant?

Texas will back you 100% if the child is born in the state to keep the child in the state. Dont allow baby across state lines. He made his bed kicking you out he can take his ass south to see his baby.

I don't have experience with this but I'm also in the process of moving hundreds of miles away from my child's father. I've looked things up and if you decide to go through the court system usually they'll have him come to your state to visit when the child is an infant especially if you plan on breast feeding.

I would set up an agreement through courts. They will determine frequency or even between the 2 of you and a mediator. If he truely wants to be involved he will do monthly if not more

I don’t have experience but I would recommend having the dad come to you to bond and everything with your baby before you consider sending your child to him. If you were to just send the baby over I’d be concerned about him feeling overwhelmed and stressed from suddenly having the responsibility of caring and watching a baby and doing something wrong.

My daughters “father” didn’t kick me out, but he ran. So I didn’t put him on the birth certificate and I let him make his bed. He stopped calling after he had a positive drug test and I haven’t seen him since and neither has she. From what I’ve gathered he moved across the country and is married with two other kids now.

That's so unfortunate. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't let my infant child go across state lines without me EVER. 
It doesn't sound like he's too concerned about his child to be honest. Not if he kicked you out number 1 & knowing you'd go back home to Texas. 
From the outside looks like he's done with you both.
