18 & TTC ! Clots with period!!!!!

So I thought I would make this long post for any advice you guys might have or if anyone has gone through this experience? When I was about 13 or 14 I got this really bad sharp pain in one of my ovary areas (not sure what side) I couldn’t really walk so I have to go to the doctors and got all the tests done like I always do (infection checks, stds, bladder etc) and they always come out fine! I also got an ultrasound don’t on me to see if one ovary was bigger than the other and that was fine. Then when is was about 16 or 17 I got my period for 9 days and 6 days was usually the longest day I would get it. So I got put into the pill. Noriday which didn’t work with my body I bleed heaps for 2 weeks. I started getting pains again last year when I was 17 - 18 then was put into another pill cerazette. Which I decided to just come off as didn’t feel good and the pill didn’t stop me getting the pains I did. Which took me off school from the pain. I so I got an internal ultrasound and they found signs of adenomyosis and I haven’t gotten a laparoscopy yet. I stopped taking the pill in November and have been having periods since but this period this month is very heavy and looks like I have clots! This is what came out today, the second day on my period. Is this bad!? I know I’m 18, I have been with my bf for 6 years now and we have been trying for about 5 or 6 months and still no luck! Worried I do have something seriously wrong. My doctors have said that it hasn’t been confined I will struggling getting pregnant etc! Yeah
