Motivation help 😩

I’m over 26 weeks and honestly the whole time I’ve been pregnant I have wanted to start exercising. Well I have fibromyalgia and being pregnant has aggravated my symptoms making it even harder to be active than it is for me normally. I don’t work, I’m basically a couch potato. The only exercise I really get is whenever I feel up to cleaning.

I used to be so active when I was in my teens (I’m 22 almost 23 now) but I just never feel well enough to do anything, especially now.

Does anyone have any advice? I need to do something or I’m going to be a whale and taking care of my baby when she gets here is going to be so difficult if I never feel well. Once I get into it I’m usually okay and keep exercising but it’s just getting there is the problem.. any advice/help is welcome. TIA!
