Hi,

I’m around 4wks 5d and this morning woke with my bbt had dropped to the cover line level, I called a GP this morning and he said don’t worry temps do this.

But all afternoon I’ve and increasingly strong cramping and spotting which is now proper bleeding a few small clots too.

I sadly presume this is a miscarriage and guess I just have to sit it out 😢as it’s too early on in the pregnancy to be able to go to the Early Pregnancy Unit and be scanned.

Overall feeling a bit helpless and looking for some support experience/ advice 😔
