Stims day 4

I take my 4th stim shot tonight. I honestly don’t feel anything. Maybe some minor minor cramping in my ovaries. Other than that I’m just extremely tired. Is this normal? I’m nervous I’m not responding. I have my first blood and sono appointment tomorrow to see how everything is going. Can’t help but be nervous! What were your experiences? I am taking 125 IU if follistim and 75 IU of menopur. I believe I am starting Ganirelix tomorrow night. I have a lot of follicles already so I’m on a low dose.
